Performance car manufacturer Bugatti is joining forces with adidas to introduce a highly exclusive X Crazyfast football boot, with a limited production run of only 99 pairs.
Designed with Bugatti’s “Form Follows Performance” philosophy in mind, the boot incorporates adidas’ Speedframe sole plate technology, offering a lightweight yet rigid platform for swift acceleration. The boot also features the Aerocage innovation, designed to snugly fit around the mid-foot, providing optimal support. The Aeropacity Speedskin, a breathable mono-mesh, and a carbon fiber inlay, inspired by Bugatti cars, enhance speed and stability.
The boot includes semi-transparent mono-mesh material on the mid-foot cage, with a flash of Bugatti Blue as a nod to the brand’s Grand Prix heritage. Both Bugatti and adidas’ core values are represented on the boot’s sides, emphasizing the collaboration’s significance.
The insignia of Bugatti founder Ettore Bugatti subtly graces the rear of the boot, adding an exclusive co-branded touch. To further emphasize the collaboration’s uniqueness, the boots are packaged in a box inspired by carbon fiber weaves, mirroring Bugatti’s hyper sports car construction material.
Collectors will have the opportunity to bid on these exclusive boots through a dedicated page on adidas Web3 platform from November 8 to 11. After the auction, winners can redeem a physical pair and a digital twin through an exclusive digital shoebox starting November 13. The boots will be officially unveiled on the pitch by football stars Rafael Leao and Karim Benzema.
