Breitling has joined forces with IRONMAN, the world’s largest mass participation sports operator, to introduce a series of limited-edition timepieces. The collaboration includes two ultralight sports watches, each limited to a production run of just 250 pieces.
The launch represents an ongoing partnership between the Swiss watchmaker and the sports organization. The first collaborative pieces were unveiled in 2021, and since then, Breitling has become the official partner of the grueling IRONMAN triathlon, one of the organization’s most challenging events.
Each new watch boasts an IRONMAN-branded strap and logo touches on the dial, with unique colors symbolizing specific racing events. The core collection features the classic black and red color scheme, complemented by limited-edition versions in vibrant turquoise and blue. Notably, the blue variant was conceived to commemorate the men’s competition in Nice, France, and the women’s event in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. It is crafted from high-performance titanium.
Breitling CEO Georges Kern said of the collection, “The Endurance Pro IRONMAN range was designed to endure the toughest challenges. It embodies our shared spirit of performance and precision. Completing the IRONMAN is a once-in-a-lifetime achievement for many; it merits an exceptional way to be commemorated.”
The Endurance Pro models are each water-resistant up to 100 meters, powered by the Caliber 82, and feature a COSC-certified SuperQuartz movement. The limited-edition series is now available for purchase on Breitling’s official site and at selected boutiques. This collaboration unites two iconic entities, offering an exceptional memento for those who conquer the IRONMAN challenge.
